The Buccaneers Midget Showcase tournament is designed to offer accepted teams the opportunity to play well balanced competition while offering possible exposure to interested junior and prep-school teams. This tournament will cater to A, AA, and AAA midget teams. The Bay State Buccaneers Midget Showcase strives to offer the best hockey experience possible for all levels. Showcase participants may, but are not required to fill out a 'Player Profile' through which they may express their interest in prep-schools, junior teams, and colleges. This profile will help highlight their athletic and academic achievements. These profiles will be forwarded to the staff of those teams and schools. This service is included with your team's registration. We do not guarantee any return communication between these schools, teams, and the player. Coaches will receive a link to the 'Player Profile' once your team is accepted. We ask players to be realistic about their hockey, academic, and financial abilities prior to submitting this profile.

The Buccaneers Midget Showcase will be held Christmas weekend: December 26th-28th, 2008 at the Olympia Ice Center in West Springfield, Massachusetts. The Olympia Ice Center is the premier hockey facility in Western Massachusetts. Located at the junction of the Mass Pike (I-90) and I-91, the Olympia Ice Center features THREE NHL size ice surfaces, a full snack bar, skate shop, and game room.
